A little help goes a long way.

Quick answers, so you can get back to your next chapter.

Where should I start?

Upload an existing resume, or start with one job and a few notes. You can add education, certifications, and other details later. Before your first resume, we’ll help you confirm the contact details employers need.

Can I start with a resume I already have?

Choose Import a resume in the sidebar, or Import resume from Jobs or Generator. Upload a PDF or Word (.docx) file up to 2 MB, or paste its text. Review the detected records and dates, then add them to your career bank. Matching records are merged and exact duplicates are skipped. If dates differ, choose whether to keep your saved dates, use the imported dates, or add a separate role. Year-only dates need a month confirmed. Scanned PDFs need pasted text.

How do I make a resume?

Open Generator and paste a full job description or a public job link. You do not need to fill in the target company or role — the app reads those from the posting when available. Generate, review the result, and download your PDF.

Where are my saved resumes?

Open Resumes in the sidebar. Every generation is saved there. Rename a version so it is easy to find, or choose Edit resume to adjust its content. Save your changes to refresh the PDF. Editing a resume does not change your career bank.

Why won’t a job link import?

Some sites require sign-in, block automated requests, or only show the posting after running page scripts. Copy the description from the page and paste it into Generator instead. The app does not bypass those restrictions.

Can I try it with the sample experience?

Yes. Choose the practice-data option in Generator. Those records are fictional, and the app marks the resulting resume as a practice version. Replace examples with your own experience before creating a resume for an application.

What if my resume is too long?

The template uses up to two pages for relevant experience. Work takes priority; strongly related personal projects can appear as a bonus. Your summary is written fresh for each posting, and matching skills come from your Skills bank and documented experience. In Edit resume, shorten bullets or remove less relevant entries. If your changes exceed two pages, the app keeps your draft in the editor and asks you to shorten it before saving.

Is this a paid app?

Yes. Membership is $19 per month, paid upfront, with no free trial. It renews monthly until canceled. Open Plan & billing to manage or cancel renewals; you keep access through the period you paid for. When the page says Test payments only, checkout uses fake payments and does not charge real money.

Something not quite right?

Use Beta feedback at the top of your workspace for a bug, a feature idea, or a template that does not fit your story. A few details about what happened make it easier to help.
